Our teams will maintain the property in accordance with the needs of the utility. We bid our jobs to hit the entire property once per month, at a minimum, so the property will always be freshly maintained, and look great.

As we maintain your property, we keep our eye out for any hazards or maintenance issues that you should be aware of. If we find anything, we communicate it immediately to management. We want to ensure that while we’re on your property, things are being dealt with, so that you can have peace of mind.

All of our contracts include a minimum of 2 weed sprayings per year, at no extra cost, as well as included passive irrigation valve repair. We GPS track all of our vehicles, for maximum accountability, and provide complete tree mapping of each property.
